Kodály Australia is pleased to support the research project, Teacher Growth and Development from Australian Kodály Certificate Courses, conducted by Dr Jason Goopy (chief investigator) and Jason Boron at Edith Cowan University. This study aims to investigate teachers’ motivation to complete AKC courses, what they learned, its benefits, and what university teacher education can learn from the success of the AKC.

Anyone who has completed at least one level of an AKC course is invited to participate in the anonymous survey. You can indicate whether you would like to be considered for a one-on-one follow-up interview.

Click this link to begin the survey.

If you have any questions regarding the research, please contact Dr Jason Goopy (j.goopy@ecu.edu.au). Thank you for supporting Australian Kodály-inspired music education.

Kind regards

Stephanie Eaton
